About moniqOS

The essentials: what moniqOS is, who it is being built for and how to see it before public access opens.

What is moniqOS?

moniqOS is a connected operating system for DJs and event businesses. It is designed to bring CRM, enquiries, bookings, planning, communication, music, teams, event delivery and Basic Finance into one workspace.

Who is moniqOS designed for?

It is intended for independent DJs, multi-operator DJ companies, entertainment businesses and event professionals who want their customer and event workflows connected.

Is moniqOS available now?

Not for public access. moniqOS is currently in active development, and public testing has not opened.

Can I request access to a demo site?

When available, you can request access to a self-guided demo site and explore moniqOS on your own. Contact us to register your interest while development continues.

Can it support both independent DJs and larger teams?

Yes. The intended workspace is designed to remain manageable for one operator while supporting additional DJs, office users, partner DJs, roles, assignments and capacity as a business grows.

Features & workflows

How the customer-facing areas of moniqOS are intended to work together.

What workflows does moniqOS connect?

The intended platform connects enquiries, CRM, availability, proposals, documents, bookings, client planning, music, communication, event operations, team assignments, payments and reporting.

Does moniqOS include a CRM?

Yes. The planned CRM covers leads, contacts, clients, event relationships, source tracking, notes, tasks and activity history. Vendor and venue businesses can also contain their own contact people.

How does Unified Communications work?

The intended Communications Hub brings available email, SMS, WhatsApp and portal messages into one central workspace. Contacts and events also receive filtered communication views and unified chronological histories.

What can I create with Template Studio?

Template Studio is intended for proposals, contracts, documents, messages and planning content. Planned editing includes true WYSIWYG control, reusable variables, brand styles, versions, previews and flexible element positioning where practical.

What can clients do inside the client portal?

Clients receive a focused, branded space for questionnaires, checklists, messages, music, documents, payments, collaborators and planning actions relevant to their event. They do not receive access to the business back office.

Can I control what users, DJs and partners can access?

Role-based access is part of the intended platform. Employees, office users, partner DJs and other collaborators can be given access appropriate to their responsibilities.

Will moniqOS support mobile and offline event-day work?

Mobile-first event access and offline event packs are included in the intended scope. Exact offline capabilities and device requirements may change before release.

Which email providers will connect with moniqOS?

Planned email support includes Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Gmail and Google Workspace, and configurable provider-based email delivery. Final connection methods and provider availability will be confirmed before release.

Which music services and DJ platforms will be supported?

The intended ecosystem includes Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, YouTube, YouTube Music, Soundiiz, Rekordbox, VirtualDJ, Serato DJ and Algoriddim djay, plus CSV, M3U8 and other compatible formats. Support may involve direct connections, imports, playlist creation or export compatibility depending on the service.

Can I import my existing business data?

Import and migration tools are part of the intended scope. Supported sources, formats and assisted-migration options will be confirmed closer to launch.

Is Basic Finance included, and does it replace accounting software?

Basic Finance is intended to be included as standard in every subscription. It covers practical event-business workflows such as invoices, payments, balances, expenses, vendor bills and event profitability. It should not be presented as a replacement for full accounting software or professional accounting advice.

Plans & billing

How the Complete and White Label plans are intended to differ.

What is the difference between Complete and White Label?

Both plans include all intended features, Basic Finance, unlimited client accounts and the same included-user limits. White Label additionally supports a custom domain and removes moniqOS platform branding.

What users are included with each subscription?

Both Complete and White Label are intended to include 3 DJs, 2 office users and 1 portal DJ Partner. Client accounts are unlimited.

Can I add more DJs or portal DJ Partners?

Yes. Additional DJs and additional portal DJ Partners are planned as monthly add-ons. Their public prices will be announced at launch.

When will final pricing be announced?

Public pricing will be announced before access opens. Until then, the website displays the plan structure and inclusions without numerical prices.

Are VAT and other taxes included?

Published prices will exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. Taxes, where applicable, will be calculated according to the billing country and tax status.
